About Ringbook
Bilingual answering service for service-business operators
Why Ringbook
Service-business operators miss calls. The detailer is under a car; the HVAC tech is on a roof; the plumber is elbow-deep in a job. A missed call is a lost booking, and a lost booking is real revenue. Existing answering services route to humans who don’t know the business, can’t quote a price, and can’t book the appointment — they just take a message.
Ringbook is built around one job: answer the call, qualify the customer, book the appointment, and text the operator a one-line summary before the caller hangs up. In English or Spanish, on the operator’s existing number, integrated with the operator’s calendar.
What we send by SMS
Operators receive two kinds of SMS from Ringbook:
- Per-call summaries — one SMS per inbound call your agent answers, sent to the verified operator phone number within 60 seconds of the call ending. Contains caller name, service requested, booked time (if any), and a link to the full transcript.
- Account notifications — trial-ending reminders, billing receipts, and critical service alerts. A handful per month at most.
Opt-in happens at signup when you provide your phone number — consent is not a condition of purchasing the service. Opt-out by replying STOP to any Ringbook SMS; reply HELP for assistance. Carrier message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how SMS data is handled.
